Replace actiontec 3200 with Tp Link archer c3200, iptv not stable

Hi all,

After reading many posts here regarding which routers to use I chose a tp link archer 3200. My goal is to remove the actiontec completely. There was a post https://forum.telus.com/t5/Internet-Home-Phone/Solved-3rd-Party-Wireless-Router-for-Telus-TV-Interne... that recommended the p5. According to that post all that was necessary was enabling iptv. I mistakenly assumed that the newer Tp Link router would function the same. When I did that the 2 wireless boxes and the wired one all worked great for about 4-5 hours. However, they all then cut out and I had to reboot and reconnect the wireless ones via wps. Has anyone had any success with this model and using it without being bridged from the actiontec? Any suggestions on setting up the vlan settings if necessary?

Any advice is appreciated. I have it working with the 3200 running the tv's, I would prefer to remove it altogether.
