Outsourcing to the Philipines

I have two issues going with Telus and work with two contact persons. However, they don't reply anymore, and they don't call back anymore. Every time I contact support, I am in contact with the Philippines.  One would sort something out for me, but she doesn't reply anymore. The other promised me a refund because I lost 5 days of emails. I emailed her 3 times, and called her twice, and I never hear back. Also, I noticed they don't give me the correct information. I sometimes double check things, and then the answers are different. Does anyone know someone I can contact in Calgary, to help me any further?
