Netflix has been banning or restricting proxies and VPNs for some time now. They may be the odd one that works for now, if you can find one, but it may just be a matter of time before they block more of them. As Netflix says, if you are using a VPN and can access their services, they will only show content that they have worldwide distribution rights for.
