Need help on a new pure fiber internet buy

Hi everyone
I am a newcomer to Canada and I do rent an apartment for 1 year online.
The problem is an apartment which I rent has no internet and I should buy internet plan for it, so I check Telus website and I found that on checkout page sin number or driving license should fill. But as I am a newcomer and I should quarantine myself for 14 days after arrival I can't have sin number or driving license on that days and living without internet for 14 days is so difficult. So is there any way to order pure fiber internet without a credit check?
