Just Moved In

This is a pretty big statement, and a fear marketing tactic and is unfair for a company of your size to use this for advertising.

Please back up the following statement with the facts that prove your claim is not misleading as it alludes to certainty that if your 10 dollar a month subscription is not purchased, a user will be hacked and/or have their data breached. The person reading this may already be protected by third party software, but may not know this, and would subscribe to your service when it may be unnecessary.

"An unfair or deceptive business practice is a claim that would likely mislead the average person. This claim may also take advantage of a person's inability to protect their interests during negotiations."

Please review the guidelines set by industry Canada, and review your claim alongside these guidelines.

I will be doing the same.

Looking forward to a response.
