I moved into a new unit in the same building my internet was set up in, but the wifi won’t work in our new unit I have over the weekend the clean the old unit so we have kept the wifi there to connect with family! Is there anyone that can help me out with this so I don’t have to call in a tech over something minor unfortunately we lost the number for the tech who came does anyone know how I can recontact him through telus??

@Cmason805 WE can't help you customers only on here. Did you contact telus to have your service hooked up in new unit.

If you moved to a different unit in the same building you will have to contact telus to setup your new service.
You can’t just plug-in your modem into a new address and have it work.
