Why is my internet so terrible for the last week. Loses connection all the time. Have not moved it and it was working fine

If you’re having an issue with your service call Telus and schedule a service call. There could be a hardware issue or equipment/line issue Telus will need to investigate,

Not a lot of information to go on. Is this a wired or wireless connection? How are you determining that the connection is lost?
