I have been trying to get help with my home services since November 4th. I have escalated it to the escalation team. The level 1 did not even read the notes on my file and could not understand what I needed. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was going to call me back. I have had at least 5 CSR tell me they will call back to ensure I get called by the escalation team and no one has called. The level two has never called. The CSR is terrible. I have been with Telus for 30 years and I think it is time for a move. Where can I put a formal complaint in besides Telus?
