Hi folks,
My house was hit with an extended power outage during the BC storms Tuesday night. when my power came back, the ONT battery back up started beeping and the alarm silence isnโt working. Iโm assuming this means the actual battery has died. Can anyone confirm?

Either way, probably the fastest and best idea to reach out to support directly. It could be the battery or when the power came back on, there could have been a power surge that affected the unit.

Yeah, I was just hoping there was a quick fix instead of sitting on a call for umpteen hours.
