Some years ago, Telus dug up our street and then our front yard to install Fiber Internet, then they knocked on our door to ask if we want Fiber internet. We declined but are now interested. Now the Telus website says we do not have Fiber available but that is not correct. I do not have Telus products so no My Telus account. Speaking to a live person seems impossible. How can I get some better information? How can I find out what all the digging was for or why the website says fiber installed s not available when I know that it is?
