Does anyone know how I would contact Telus if one of their facilities needs attention?
The Telus switching building in my neighbourhood has had a very icy and dangerous sidewalk since Monday that needs attention.
I tried reporting it on chat but they didn't seem to understand that I didn't require an appointment.

Unfortunately tech support likely won't be too much use in regards to that issue. Somehow someone would need to get a message to their facilities people and I'm not sure there's an easy way. Maybe one of the mods may have an idea. @dru ?
