Good Morning,

We have a group of questionable looking people who keep showing up at our door wearing orange vests stating they work for F3 Networks who are installing PureFibre on behalf of Telus in our neighbourhood. Online searches are vague and their website doesn't look terribly reputable.

Are you able to confirm it Telus is actually working with F3 Networks and their legitimacy as an agent on your behalf, please?

It’s for real. They were in our neighborhood about a month ago.

I also want to add that the person I dealt with was very courteous and professional and not at all questionable.
