Ethernet shuts off when restricting wifi

Ok so I have an Arcadyan Router and when I use the Telus Connect app to restrict one of my son's profiles, it turns off my direct ethernet connection to my PC.

For reference I'm only disabling wifi to one PC and Laptop that's in a profile. For some reason when I restrict this one specifically, it disables my direct connection too and I cant figure out why?

Anyone got some ideas?

@Gares I'm not sure why that's happening but I'll try to do some digging and see if we can get figure out what's going on. Stay tuned!
