Who do we need to contact for contract renewals?

 

Telus reps visited our community earlier in the year and said someone would call us in November. They didn’t.

The reps also said the price would remain the same. Just wanted to ensure that will happen.

Last time we tried to renew it took 10 days to get to the right person to talk to and only got through to a manager when we went through to cancel.

Appreciate any advice.

Ask to cancel and you'll speak to the loyalty department that processes all cancellations.

Its bonkers that one has to threaten to cancel to renew a contract because Telus failed to call us and keep their promise. Their service is good but the admin is really bad. Telus come to our gated community to try to onboard more property owners but they tend to upset everyone here. It shouldn't be like this.

Can you give us more details on the renewal difficulties? You didn't mention the outcome of the call with the Manager so I'm not too sure if this has been resolved yet.

We haven't called anyone over the holiday period. No one has called us.

The Telus rep that was at our complex (400 homes) on 5th September, and reviewed our current contract (that ends in a week or so) promised 1) someone would call us in November and 2) the price we are on now will be the same. I guess I am still living in hope someone will keep that promise.

Our complex has had a lot of challenges with the admin side of Telus although the stability of the actual service is good.

So, not resolved.
