Change IP Address to register as local area?

How can I change my IP Address so that it physically identifies me as being a BC resident. Currently it comes up as Edmonton Alberta and is blocking me from doing anything online that requires you to be in BC. For example, my NHL Live subscription no longer lets me watch Vancouver Canucks home games because it thinks I'm in Alberta and I get blocked with a "Regional Blackout". It has been like this for a few weeks following a few hour power outage. I have tried the Renew/Release of the modem IP Address a few times, but it keeps coming back as Telus Edmonton.

I think you will need to contact Telus to get this resolved. It sounds like a configuration issue on their end.

Just a long time customer hoping to help.
