Cannot access website - traceroute attached

Just Moved In

Hi, I am having a problem accessing my company's website from home. It's loading very slowly or not loading at all.

It's hosted by GoDaddy, talked to them, seem to be zero issues. Website traffic is very low, max 10 concurrent users. Coworkers on Shaw don't have this issue.

I did a traceroute and see a lot of timed-out nodes:

C:\Users\farho>tracert avanti.ca

Tracing route to avanti.ca [148.72.99.170]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

Trace complete.

Other websites, Netflix, YouTube are fine. Turning on a VPN with Seattle connection fixes the issues but the overall internet speed decreases.

I am in Calgary, on Telus Fiber network.

The home screen loads quickly for me in SE BC, but I do see a similar tracert result. Seems th Issue is with US servers along the path.

In the interim,  continuing to use the VPN might be your best shot.

Thanks! Are you saying the issue is not with Telus?

154.11.2.83 is TELUS

The locaion of the next hop is unknown, could be in the US.

4.69.215.233 is Level 3 Parent, LLC located in the US

Most of your timeouts occur after it routes to the US.

Website loads fine for me here in Edmonton. Not sure where the issue is going to be.
