It's very strange, because I got the Technicolor NH20T model name from my Telus Connect App. It is listed as: Modem (Network Access Hub) so I assumed this was the device, but googling shows that it is indeed a box. My modem however is a tall white cylinder (similar to the boost devices, only bigger) with the B21A model name at the bottom being the only identifier I can find.
I thought the tall white cylinder is the WIFI, the modem is the one the fibre goes into first, from there to the routerm to the WIFI
This is what I thought too. Apparently the tall white cylinder is the 'Telus Boost 6' and the two smaller similar looking ones (shorter, less cylindrical and more sloped) are Boost 6 minis
