Can't Access Telus.net or Telus Webmail Account

Steve11
Just Moved In

I had an email account on Tel;us.net which I haven't accessed for quite some time.

Recently when Yahoo closed down their sites, I lost a year's worth of articles. Then I remembered that I probably received a daily update from the site in question in my telus.net email.

But I no longer have the password. And the way Telus has reset password set up, they send the reset message to the very webmail site that I cannot access because I don't have the password.

This is Catch 22. How do I get out of this dilemma?

Thanks,

SteveB

You’ll have to contact them directly. If you have not already set up 2-factor authorization, you will have the opportunity to do so at that time.
