Telus hardware has gone down on our home internet/wi-fi and I can't seem to book a technician in sooner than 2 weeks out. I am wondering if I could have service sent to my home sooner? If I were to change my services or change the provider, they would have a tech at my house within a day or two tops, so what is the hold up>?

Hey. Installers work in certain areas so it depends on how busy / how many jobs they may have in said area. Our field team however always works with a cancellation list so if someone in your nearby area cancels an appointment for whatever reason, our techs do reach out to the next on the list so to speak.
