hello
i'm switching to telus soon
i have a Amplifi Alien Routeur , https://amplifi.com/docs/AmpliFi_Alien_Datasheet.pdf
do you think it is possible to connect fiber directly with a MC220L https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202102/20210205/Media%20Converter%20Datasheet.pdf ?

Just out of curiosity. Why do you want/need to use this device? Before I make any assumption to what you may be trying to do or need to do.
The MC220L:
1x SFP port
1x 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 port
The Alien:
Networking Interface Wi-Fi/Gigabit Ethernet (1) WAN, (4) LAN, It makes no mention to what t-base any of the i/o are. I assume they are all 1000Mbps?
Maybe you just want to not have to use/get the router? (T3200M Router w/Nokia G-120G-A ONT or the NH20A ONT/Router, depending on what service you get, 1GBbps or greater) You can buy an old used Nokia G-120G-A off Craig's List right now for $45, I have one you can have also. I think they give you a G-120G-A for free with the service. It has ONE active 1Gb LAN ports. The G-120G-A is a ONT just like the ML220L, but it's free from Telus. If you're getting 1.5Gb service they will give you the NH120A, it is an ONT/Router, but you'd be wasting that service on the Alien, if it only has 1Gbps WAN/LAN.

PS. With the free G-120G-A ONT, you don't need to use a SFP module. the SC terminated fiber plugs right into it.
