I have phoned the tech a lots of time ,everything tried but problem still has. any ideas? For clarification please, when you speak of landline phone services. Are you referring to VoIP phone Service?
If indeed you are might you outline just what equipment you have utilized with your phone system?
Cheers...

For clarification, your phone service is provided by TELUS and not a 3rd party, Correct?

Try disconnecting the land line. I'd go into your LAN settings and disable reserved IP addresses for everything accept your Telus Boosters if you have them. Replug the land line back into the router and see if it gets a connection. Arcadyan modems are notorious for locked cache, which is the cause for your disconnection issues. Since they never get firmware updates. If I were you, I'd reorder Fibre internet and ask the install guy to give you a Technicolor FXA5000 instead. As this will fix your issue.
