Arcadyan Bridge mode
I have a sonos system. With a recent update, the desktop control system works, but the App (Apple & Android) don't find the system. After 30+/- minutes with Sonos support, I was told that the only solution is to put the router(s?) into Bridge mode.
I have fibre optic service with 2 Arcadyan boosts and the Technicolor base unit.
I've logged in as "admin" on all devices and haven't found a direct reference to "bridge" mode in any of the menus. Can someone provide some guidance?
Thanks
I managed so solve it. Sort of. I disabled both 5G wifi networks, went through a Sonos process to (sort of) re-establish the Sonos network. Once that was working, I re-enabled both 5G systems and things are fine. I am 99% sure it was a Sonos issue, not a Telus issue.

Bridge mode is only used if you plan to install your own third party router to connect. It would connect to the main Technicolor gateway. It isn't a solution for everything and in this case, I think it would cause more problems for you. There are plenty of posts out there where Sonos users can't get the apps to find the devices. Did the apps previously find your Sonos speakers?
