Do you happen to have Call Control enabled on your phone line? It's possible this is preventing you from getting a notification.

Which phone do you own? Some phones (such as my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) have spam filters. You may want to check that folder to see if it might be caught up in the filter.
