Fibre internet cuts out today, right at the same time as Telus technicians are messing about on the overhead lines... Coincidence I'm sure...
Anyway, service is still out hours later, call up support, go through all the troubleshooting, and get a service appointment. In 3 days. While working from home, with kids home from school, because all of us have covid.
Now I've had a generally good experience with Telus over the last few years, so I haven't needed service calls, but is that seriously the wait time on service calls?
