2nd wifi Booster won't connect even when its done

Trying to connect Wife booster but the 2nd Booster won't connect. it's done but when you click NEXT a message "your booster still configuring". It just stop there, giving green check mark but showing same mesaage for hours. please help

I suggest resetting the Boost unit to factory (there is a pin hole on the back) and starting with it again.
