When trying to do an upgrade online the "estimator tool" does not list my phone model. I purchased the phone under the bring it back program so I want to return it and the credit for it when I buy my new phone. Hello Telus? You should have my phone on file and I should not have to manually type it into your "estimator tool". Also, why is my old phone model not listed when I purchased it under this program? I tried similar names but none of them work and I verified the IMEI multiple times. Telus please get your web people to get their crap together! I can go to your competition...
