Returned product is ‘Out for Delivery’ since March 2025
After canceling my Telus account I shipped back their product as instructed through Canada Post in the beginning of March 2025. It constantly tracks as ‘out for delivery’. Canada post has suggested that it is sitting in a warehouse waiting for Telus to accept it. I am still being charged for this product! Of course we have called customer service with Telus but they are unable to help or clear the charge on the account. What can I do?
