With our new Telus Home Services I can’t use my headphones with Crave (which comes for free with this service). All other apps on the TV work fine with my headphones. I have talked to Telus technical services and they throw up their hands. They say it’s a problem with Crave even though I don’t have access to Crave, only they do in this situation. I am hard of hearing and need my headphones. This is ridiculous.

Can you get audio from your speakers when you watch Crave or you can watch Crave but there isn't sound on speakers or headphones?
