Convoluted Recording Process
Why, when I set a series recording, do I then have to go in to the scheduled recordings to reset it for first run only ??
It seems like Telus is purposely making everything a multi step process.

As far as I know that's always been the default. It's the safe option to ensure you don't miss recordings. There is no easy way to know if you are recording a recently released series or a series that has been around for a while.
