I posted a while ago about my bad experiences switching from residential to business. Still a nightmare
Now I find out the following
The MyTelus app cannot be used with business accounts even though the residential support tell you it can
You cannot log to the TelusTV web site using a business account so you can't watch things online
Perhaps as a consequence of the previous problem, you can't log in to something like Sportsnet online to watch content even though you have subscribed to it through Telus. When you try to log in and it takes you to the Telus site to authenticate it doesn't work
Has anyone been able to get these things to work

Just got a response from Telus Support saying that "they don't really handle business accounts".
Why have a Telus Business area on the forum then?
