Unable to change panel volume

I'm unable to change panel volume.  It's either silent or max volume, can't set anything in the middle.  Also I noticed suddenly there's a "silent arming" icon on the green disarmed screen.  How do I...

    T2 Which panel are you referring to? Also, which security brand are you subscribed to (ex., TELUS SmartHome Security or ADT by TELUS)?
