Trouble migrating credentials

I'm having trouble setting up my TELUS SmartHome Security outdoor camera. When I open the SmartHome app to try to add the camera device, it says that my SmartHome Security services have not yet been linked and that I need to link them through My TELUS, and then come back to the app. I'm trying to use the app to go to add Camera Device (Menu → Add Device→ Camera→ Outdoor Camera), but it still gives me the same message. When I log in at telus.com/login, it tells me I need to migrate my credentials. After I try to migrate, it redirects me to another page and says there is a technical issue on the TELUS website. I've tried multiple times over the past week, using different browsers and different PCs, but I'm still experiencing the same issue.
