TELUS Utility Pedestals -Construction Site
Hi,
We have 2 TELUS Utility boxes on our construction site, they are sitting below the sidewalk level, who to contact for pedestal level adjustments?
There are no options on the phone line for this type of work? Please let me know any contacts I can reach out to.

One possible starting point is going to the outage page. There is an option for pedestals.
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages
- Click the green 'Report an outage' button
- Click 'Report an outage' instead of Home & Mobility
- Fill in the details on the form. I'd suggest including a request for someone to reach out in the description box.
