Smart phone app
My Telus SmartHome app stopped wanting to load the app and will not open anymore. I still have a connection and the location still recognizes my device when it is at home but the app will not load so I have no control over my system while I'm away from my home. Can someone help me troubleshoot this? The AI assistant is useless.

Have you checked to ensure you've got the latest version of the app?
- I've checked for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled and only my device will not connect. I can log on with a computer and my wife's app works.

Interesting, it seems it may be a temporary bug or glitch. Will look into this!
