Scam again?
I returned our outdoor camera in July 22, 2025 after talking with a Telus agent. He told I would remove the monthly security camera rental charge whdn I return the camera to Telus. We don't need the ...
At lease it is good to get a reply from Telus. I am not cancelling the service , but wanted to return it to remove the monthly rental charge. A Telus agent did Not call me back on this issue although she promised last Thursday. Anyway, i sent a message to Telus Support Team. i hope they correct my monthly bill ASAP.
