Home Security Commitment Period is one-sided
After speaking with a TELUS support person today about an increase on my bill, I found out that TELUS is allowed to increase what it charges for Home Security services at any time during your commitm...
I just went through this also a few months ago. Telus service agreements mean absolutely nothing to them. Had enough of them and cancelled my home security.
I’m going through this right now what is the point of the contract and agreement if they can just change it at any point. This company is just a scam. I regret leaving my good deal with Rogers. I don’t always agree with Rogers, but at least they are transparent.
