Is anyone else having both just sit there and say give us a few mins to load and it never dose anything? I am away for work and need this service. Telus service for this i find is getting worse and w...
I’m also trying to set this up for the first time and can’t create an account/link with my Telus account. I contacted SmartHome support and was told there was something going on that was impacting multiple users and just to keep trying as they work on fixing it.
Not sure what’s going on. Seems a pretty big issue if users couldn’t log in or sign up based on what he said. But if it’s working for some - who knows what’s up.
