Doorbell installation issues
Got a new Telus Doorbell Camera. Cannot get past step "12C - Ring the doorbell" where the "ring" is supposed to be heard at both the doorbell and the main chime. The doorbell sometimes rings when ...
Still no joy. Wired doorbell to transformer. Was able to finish setup via Telus Smarthome (bluetooth, wifi & thing went through a few update cycles) and it got stuck on "white"/in call - where live video feed was always on. I expected "green"/ready but thought maybe that was ok because it bypassed the mechanical chime. Hooked up the doorbell camera outside and it constantly cycled through red, orange and off. Tried with and without the chime adapter.
