billing

My alarm security company was recently acquired by Telus. My monthly bills were always paid automatically from my credit card. Since Telus take-over, I have been getting my bills with late payment charges. There is no person picking up the phone when I call. When I select the option to request a call-back, nobody calls back. I tried to use the chat option without success.

Does anyone know how to rich a human at Telus?

    This also happened to me! Received an email and I called the number shown there, got through very quickly.
