TV Box shipment and billing issue

i sent back my tv channel box was taken to circle k

telus has yet to acknowledge if they got it on not because they are still charging me plus i got 1  cell phone turned of  over a month ago my own phone AND YET THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MY ACCOUNT WHEN I SIGNED UP I WAS TO GET A DISCOUNT FROM WHERE I MOVED INTO HA NEVER HAPPENED I SCREED WITH THEM ON THIS FOR MONTHS ALWAYS GOT NOWHERE 

NOPE TIME TO GET RID OF THEM
