Telus service

I had a call with support today. The TV is not working the support agent was unable to help. They tell me I have to pay to have a technician come out to fix the problem. I am not paying for TELUS to fix there own problems so I am going to cancel my service. Why should I have to pay for TELUS to fix their own problems.

I have had problems with TELUS since day 1 of the contract. Constant internet drops, and now I have no TV service. I am done with spending hours on the phone and getting nowhere.

Hi mike17 - just to clarify, you do not pay for a technician to be sent to your home. You are only billed if the issue turns out to be something that is not TELUS-related. This can be something like unplugging the fibre cable and breaking it, your TV not functioning anymore, etc.

If the issue is wi-fi related then you are not expected to pay for the dispatch as we warranty our services.

If you are okay with continuing with a dispatch, please send us a private message over at TELUS_Support and we'll help you out!
