I had a call with support today. The TV is not working the support agent was unable to help. They tell me I have to pay to have a technician come out to fix the problem. I am not paying for TELUS to ...

2 months agoHi mike17 - just to clarify, you do not pay for a technician to be sent to your home. You are only billed if the issue turns out to be something that is not TELUS-related. This can be something like unplugging the fibre cable and breaking it, your TV not functioning anymore, etc.
If the issue is wi-fi related then you are not expected to pay for the dispatch as we warranty our services.
