Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!

Official Support TeamAll customers were notified via bill messaging before the end of 2024, and only points accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. The rest will remain, and the plan will continue as it has. We'll send you a private message to discuss further.
If the plan is continuing then why were the points removed. Also, the bill messaging notification declaration is weak since the notice was in very small print on the last page of the bill.
