Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!
I lost over 400 points. I did call telus and received a 100 credit on my bill. I’m not satisfied. I want them returned. I wrote to Darren Entwhistle and have not received a response.
