I just found out from a friend of mine who still receives monthly paper bills that, according to the fine print at the bottom of his bill, Telus Reward points earned before December 31, 2023 are goin...
Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!

Are you able to help me as well? I've lost 231 points which is almost $200 in bill credits. If you can credit me at least some portion of that, it would be very helpful and appreciated.

I started a chat, asked for a callback which was basically right away (I was lucky) and got the full dollar per point credit towards your bill.
Can you send me a private message as well? I've lost the Telus Rewards as well. Why is there this piece meal response to one person at a time? Is it only to the people that are threatening to leave? If that's the case, then I'm threatening to leave as well.
