Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!
I just checked my rewards. I seem to be missing about one hundred reward points. It's not midnight!
