Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!

This is ridiculous, just went home for a family emergency and came back and got email about outstanding balance but not about my points expiring. I was super upset and will find another company because telus reward is a joke.
I just redeemed for a $50 bill credit. Had to use 58 points to get it 🙁
