Telus Issues after moving
We recently moved homes in Calgary and have been experiencing issues with Telus home phone, internet, Optik TV and security. One month into the process, only our home phone issues have been resolved....
I just wrote a lengthy private message and when I tried to send it, I got an error message:
Authentication Failed.
Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication.
What should I do in order to send that private message?
