How do I cancel my Optic TV account?

To my recollection, you have to contact Telus directly to cancel a service.
Contact info is at the page bottom.

Hello Verny , NFtoBC is correct, you'll need to contact our team in order to cancel your service. 1-888-811-2323 is the home service team number!
