My death

I had to cancel my Mother's Roger's account on her passing and it required contacting customer support with her account information. I then had to supply information showing that I'm the executor, ID that confirms it and a death certificate.

I expect it would be similar for Telus as this it pretty typical when dealing with organizations as an executor.
